Pretty different week I suppose, considering transfers happened.
Elder Chun went to Abaiang, my last area, and his first outer island so I
was pretty excited for him. And my new companion is Elder Russon, who
just got of the island of Merekei, and this
is his first time back in Tarawa for 4 months. He's one transfer older
then me in the mission, he's a good guy. His way of teaching is very
similar to mine actually, so it's great. Yeah so we've been busy the
last week,and with Elder Russon's fresh look at
the area we've been able to do a bit of consolidation, ie dropping
investigators and reevaluating where people are at in their spiritual
progress. I've quite enjoyed it. He's from Utah, got a 4.0 GPA and a 36
on the ACT and credits it to the Grace of God.
Great guy.
Anyway since it's Easter for you guys I would just invite you all
to remember the Death and Resurrection of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and
to recognize the mercy that is involved throughout the Atonement, and
the products of it. Through Him we will all Live
again and we are all able to be saved through Him. Just think about it
some time.
